The flow

According to numerous psychological researches, happiness is a sudden experience of the "flow"--you're so much enjoying something that you lost track of time. Many people try to recreate such status, so as to find "happiness."

However, what if the "ultimate happiness of life" happens? That ever part of your life becomes so enjoyable, and no part of life is unenjoyable? My experience is horrifying instead of ecstasy--you lost track of the time 24/7/365 and is racing yourself to the terminal of life FULL SPEED! On the contrary to the search of the "flow", you try to unbuckle yourself from it, yet this new searching process becomes an even faster flow, since it's even more fun things coming...

At the end of the year you try to use "mindfulness", to at least take full experience of this rushing life, and try to do everything you can to help people who have searched for the flow so hard but gone the wrong way. Yet this juggle of life calling is so much fun that makes the flow faster again...
