本科在国内读的，MSc在海外读的。本科时的GPA很好，>3.5，但是硕士时的不高，只是拿了个pass，申请MBA时学校会如何评判呢？ 硕士的成绩影响有多大呢？

which is more retional
why your under GPA like this and MS GPA like that
is there any indication of improvement or growing tendency?
then cross-compare with your professional performance shown in your resume and essays
to evaluate whether this applicant is candid and eligible
